After we have spoken, we will provide a detailed estimate and contract for your review. The signed contract and a deposit is required to begin work.
All invitation suites, whether custom or collection, receive our personal attention. Based on our initial consultation, we will provide a working timeline for your stationery. Collection Invitation Suites include two rounds of proofs. Additional revisions will be billed at a rate of $50/hour.
Orders can be canceled any time prior to final approval. Deposits are for design services and cannot be refunded for any reason. Upon approval and final invoice payment, orders can no longer be canceled and there are no returns. We are not responsible for the cost associated with re-printing and shipping due to errors approved by the client. In the event that we make an error, actions will be taken in the fastest way possible to remedy the situation, in the form of a reprint, refund or credit towards a future purchase.

All pieces are on luxe 118# Savoy 100% cotton paper.
Additional items such as:

are available at an additional cost. There are many creative ways to get the look you want within a reasonable budget.
